Is that the same woman that caused the crash in that above picture? If so, I'm surprised she didn't end up killing more people, that picture looks really bad. I'm also surprised that 15 years is the maximum sentence.

 

Yes, same person. I don't know about in your area, but in Western NY the sentences for some of these crimes is surprisingly light.
