2005 Lexus LS430 we purchased from a Florida BMW dealer a year and a half ago. When we bought it, it had less than 17,000 miles. Now it has just under 20,000 and it still has never been operated in snow (although it can see snow out of our garage-door window). It still looks and runs like a new car. Except for a little dust, even the underside still looks like a new car. (You can see our faithful, reliable 92 Accord in the background.)
