97 Accord LX (5 speed manual 2.2l) with 138k miles, purchased about 3 years ago with 85k.

- it's my daily driver and I love it!

Maintenance so far: 5w30 Castrol Syntec oil and filter every 4-5k, Muffler at 43k, Timing belt at 75k, Tune up at 85k (plugs/wires/rotor, K&N air filter...when I bought it), front wheel bearings and cv boots at about 95k, front struts and 4 tires at 114k, master and slave cylinder (clutch) at 125k.

-All pretty much expected regular/preventative maintenance as far as I am concerned.

I plan on having it rebuilt with a turbo (and repainted) when it finally does need it (hopefully at least 250k).

Also, I get anywhere from 29-34 mpg, which is why I love it. I get 34 on my trips home to Western NY from MD (4-5 times per year, average speed is 65-70 while moving), probably cause I pull it out of gear and coast down the mountains whenever I can.

2006 Accord EX V6 MT Seden with 98k on it. Just purchased it 3 weeks ago. So far I've changed the engine oil with Pennzoil Platinum and Napa gold filter. Will change out cabin and air filter next. Then look into spark plugs and other fluids.

Default 230,230 miles and counting

I wish the f'ng BMW was as dependable as this 2000 accord. same engine same trans.

Mostly only replaced parts such as brakes, battery,OIL, water pump, timing chain, tires. Never replaced weird stuff like on the bimmer.

Very grateful

Now...passenger side control arm

About 165,000 miles on my 95 Accord LX. I haven't yet put money into it, as I just got it...but I believe previous owners have put a fair amount into it.

264,000 miles, with new timing belt, alternator, rotors, and wheel bearings in the last 6 months. I've doubled-down, and I'm going for 300K!

Just got a 97 2.2 non vtech auto, Accord LX sedan. Have put 750 miles since 1-7-11. Last fuel check was 27.5, based on 90% interstate at 67-69 mph. I go 40 miles each way to work, 80 miles per day. Car was a one owner, Very Clean, 190k miles. Car is in great shape.Tires are @ 36 psig. I love this cars ride so far. I bought an extended warrenty for 6 mouths/ 6000 miles. I hope my timing belt lives till I can get it replaced. I found no record of maintenance of timing belt change, Called 2 dealers that serviced it in the past, no luck. First time Honda owner ( had 4 Honda bikes years ago)
