I would highly doubt that the OP has theft insurance on an 18 year old car with over 200K miles. Most likely he will need to buy a donor Accord (either wrecked or blown motor/trans) and swap the parts over himself.

True. My deductible is $1000 so I wasn't going to pursue it.
I like the idea of getting a donor car very much. I was thinking about going the junkyard/ eBay route but a whole car might be better as I am planning on doing a rear disc brake conversion sometime.
First thing will be getting the window to seal properly.

Glad you got her back

Doesn't look too bad, still a PIA I know.

Me, one simple thing you can do is install "something" to disable the fuel supply.....yes they can and will still try to start the car but it won't go anywhere.

Glad to see you got it back. Good luck with the repairs. A good junkyard should have the parts needed. Found a full ignition, doorlocks, trunklock wth keys at jy for my ex.

Glad you got it back mate! it looks like you got it back within 5 days? WOW! if it were here in the UK, chances are you will NEVER gonna get it back, they dismantle it and parts straight to Europe (mostly eastern Europe)
