Question Television dilemma!

Well I need some opinions!

I bought a 37" Olevia 1080p hdtv flat panel tv and a 3 yr warranty from Target. The tv is awesome (my friend bought the same one w/o any problems) but now mine goes crazy every so often. Anyways, I will have to send the tv back @ their charge and I will be getting a $799.99 gift card which I only paid $640ish w/ tax and the 3 yr warranty!

So what should I do?

Buy a better brand 37" tv from Target
Buy a 37" and use w/e $ I have left over for w/e $80ish for tax + warranty
Buy a cheap brand 42" and only have to pay $20ish for tax + warranty
Buy a 42" decent quality and have to pay $120 for tax + warranty
Sell the gift card on eBay for $780 and then buy a tv from wherever, but the PayPal limit is $500 a month so I would be out of a tv for a long time.

The cheap 42" brand is like AOC and they also have a Philips and Sylvania. But, I think those are only online so I would also have to pay for shipping unless they offer free site to store like Wal-Mart. I have basically no money at the moment. I mean I could pay the $120 but I am trying to save that for my suspension/gas money as my job has not started yet.

buy what you can afford, make sure it has what you want and the ability to return it if you dont like it.

^ good thoughts!

I just got back from Target and the 42" Philips is really nice! I will probably end up going with that. Hopefully I get a bit of birthday money!

Sell it on ebay, use said money to buy a CF hood to fix your "tiny rust spots".
