After a month of debates and driving all over looking at all sorts of vehicles this followed me home today. A 2008 Acura MDX. Has somewhat higher miles(124k), but got a pretty good deal on it, also had the dealer replace the timing belt and water pump as part of the negotiations.

Congrats. If like the Pilot I have, ypu should br good to go.....and if nothing else the wife might take to it and you get the one with 3 pedals

Yeah its the same v6 as the pilot, but with a little higher compression ratio so it makes 300hp(and also requires premium).

Only real complaints I can find online is that they burn through tires.

 

For tires....yea I gave up some "quiet" to get some that would last. The Pilot likes to go thru them pretty well too.

Have you started to play the game of trying to drive and keep it in "ECO"/"VCM"
