Usually lawyers do take their 1/3 first, then pay off any liens, then pay you. So the lawyer always comes out on top. that's why trial lawyers and claimant lawyers are such scumbags. they are constantly screwing people out of money.

So your saying I should really ask for 2-3k more than its worth?
cant make it too easy for yawl.

I actually kinda like my car. It's pretty much uptodate on maintenance and has a few extras, nothing much. I'd hate to waste my money and labor and then end up with another used car that might require me to do everything I did to this one all over. Maybe i'll use the brake check method when i'm getting ready for a new car. For the record, I didn't slam on them, I just applied them gently to get the woman off my butt.
Back to the subject...I really dislike people who speed up to get in front of you just to turn right and slow you down. They could have easily slowed themselves down and got behind, but the rather be the first one. rarrr...
What really irks me are people who use a freeway exit to get in front of a bunch of people then last min they get back on freeway (usually cut people off when they do this) rarrr to that too.

I dont think I could bring myself to crash my own car. Although I would definetly like a new paint job! my current color is "heather mist metallic", or in other words, puke tan.

I would never crash my own car. I love my car too much to even have to take it in for cosmetics. I hate seeing her on the table...
I think it's more the driver's of Integra's who seem like they're the guys who are old enough to get a better car, but just want to add on to their Integras. I really do dislike the car though (To add on the the integra/civic, discussion and my own)

Hey PhantomGett, this will make you happy...... Tonight, in my 240sx, asI was leaving my schools' library(studying for exams) I pulled up next to a silver acura integracoupe. I had seen it around the school before and he only had a fart can exhaust and a CF gas lid. I stared right at him and gave him the head ***
.... When the light turned green we went for it. He hung with me for40-50 feet but after that I pulled away easily.... HaHa it felt sooo good. And then further down the road when I was just cruising at 50MPH, he came flying by doing atleast 70MPH, like he was pissed off.... Haha, I love it

Ah yes! On the way to class this morning there was a maroon Hummer on the side of theinterstate with no driver.
My conclusion: They had a flat tire and had no idea how to change it andits obvious you can only use your cell phone while driving...so calling a tow truck was not an option. Or maybe they simply were dumfounded as to how their $50k+ off roading vehicle broke down on a highway. "Opening the hood, how do you do that?"

I've always wondered how someone with 24in rims changes a tire. If they don't have a 24 in spare can they still drive it with lets say a 17in rim? How heavy is a 24 in rim with a tire on it? Can the average woman change that? Just random thoughts that have gone through my head about big rims.
