Hello all,

Doing a project for class, will be presenting marketing presentation to Honda's actual marketing agency. Will note these opinions in my presentation. (yes i do drive a Honda)

Please answer the question (also provide age, if you are honda driver/owner and )

- What do you think of the new accord coupe 08 that is coming out? Include anything you want . Ideas include their target audience, the look, the features, their advertising commercials, if you would buy it, etc.

i like the styling of the 08 coupe way better then the 08 sedan, and i actually like the 08 coupe's styling overall. i think it looks aggressive and sporty, but i would rather keep my 06 coupe and mod it because the 08's have faster engines but their heavy added weight off sets it so they are really no faster then the previous 7th gens. i still want to test drive one and i plan to do so soon.

 

The nose over-hangs the front wheel too-much on the 08's and the front grill area is giant and disgusting. I think theyre ugly...refine and tune the 7th gen's sleek and sexy body....dont try to make an accord look like a BMW!

 

It is ugly. It looks like a Scion TC crapped on a Nissan 350Z.
Honda wasted their time making the engine more powerful because they added too much weight.
I would never buy one. The only way I would drive one is if someone gave it to me for free. Then I would probably just drive it until I could find someone who would buy it from me.
Right now I drive 2000 Accord LX 5spd sedan.
I'm not even going to comment on how terrible the Sedan is
