It looks like there is an ongoing class action lawsuit for certain model year Hondas and Acuras
The claim is regarding odometers that may be overstating mileage. Looks like there will be a warranty mileage extension. Things look to be settled around May 2007.

Models affected

2002-2006 honda/acuras and 2007 Honda fits.

1. Honda will reimurse overmilage fees for the first 5% over lease milage

For example if your lease was for 3 years or 36K and you drive 40K, Honda will cover up to 37800 miles and you would be responsible only for the remaining 2200 miles.

2. Honda extend warranty milage by 5% for cars affected so if you have an Acura your bumper to bumper warranty is up at 4 years or 52500 miles. For a Honda it is up at 3 years or 37800 miles.

3. Honda will reimburse you for any work that would have otherwise been covered by warranty up to the milage stated in #2

4. Honda will extend lease allowed milage by 5%.
