I paid 400 for the car don't want to spend a whole lot I just don't like the ugly steel wheels on it now

 

A little more info needed. You want to trade this for something else, sell, or either? Some further description of your 89 Accord would also help; condition (running or not), mileage, exterior/interior condition, etc.

No sorry I wasn't more specific. I want to purchase wheels for my 89 Honda accord I think its a DX.

 

New or Used wheels.? Stock or custom wheels.?, same size as you have on now so you don't have to change tires.?

By the way...your rim size should be OEM 13" or OEM 14"..which do you have.?

 

They must not really wanted wheels for their Honda..DUH!
