had it hooked up to my 03 but it turns out the pulley didnt quite line up on the 03 models so i had to get a new one. still in perfect working order. pix upon request. asking $200 O.B.O.

The fact is... more people come to this site for maintenance help than modding, and the few of us who do mod, don't own a 7th gen, nor have audio systems that need a HO alt to run them.

The 7th gen used the J30 V6 engine (yours) through 2003-2007, so that alternator you have is probably for the K24 4-cylinder if it didn't fit your car or it was manufactured wrong.

 

X2 what finch said... maybe you'll have better luck on a local tip, maybe craislist or ebay?
