Alright guys! I have a little under $400 on hand for some 17 or 18 inch rims (hopefully the 18's). Anyways here are what I am looking for

Glossy black with chrome/polished lip, but I am open to other suggestions.

Do you think those would look good on my maroon Accord? Also, if I buy a set, do I need ANYTHING else? How will the ride be, and how much will tires be? Also how will 18/17's look on a unlowered car?
