Default Should I part out my '99 coupe?

Car is forest green and only problem is of course the tranny. The drver door panel is no good and slight blemish on lower driver seat. It has the j30a1 vtech with only 130,000 miles. As of now cannot afford tranny so was wondering if I could part out here and get enough to buy another. Body is in good shape other than scratch's here and there. Advice would be very helpfull at this point. Thanks

You can really make alot of money by parting out cars..I have a friend who does it for a living and makes quite a lot of money doing it..he's been at it for about 10 years now and has a place big enuff to be able to part out cars to sell...

Good Luck and Great selling to you if you do...

Thanks for quick reply and I hope my post is in appropriate forum. I guess my underlying question is if I decide to proceed, are there anyone here that is looking for some
parts from me. I would like ( as everyone I suppose ) to find buyers fairly quickly. If anyone maybe interseted please let me know. Thanks again

IF you are, I am interested in the clock from the center piece, my friend's isn't working and I'm looking at getting it for him as a thank you for driving me around when I didn't have my license.
