I'm looking for 18" wheels. ONLY 18 inch. No chrome or black with chrome lip. The wheel needs to be 4 lug universal or 4x114.3.

'm being as honest as possible when I say that I'm sticking to my budget and I know there are good wheels in my budget because I've bought some before.

I have these Hp racing rims, got them used they aren't perfect but yoiu could get them refinished down the road.

 

Yes HP Racing wheels , stands for Hurricain Power Racing, a might fine looking set of wheels when new..Ive had and even sold these wheels before also...
