PCV hose bulk: 95005-75003-10M

Since this hose comes only in bulk, I would be willing to buy a foot long piece off of anyone who has made the bulk purchase and has extra lying around.

I've seen one thread in another forum a few years back where someone did this (pieced out to members) ... if you are interested in doing the same please let me know.

Honda parts won't sell a 1-ft section?

I would go w/ junkyard hose before aftermarket. I tried aftermarket hose and it was not up to the job (collapsed when warm and got hard quickly). Hose needs to be designed for vacuum service to avoid collapse.

The current hose isn't cracked, but it is hard with age so I would prefer to replace it proactively.

The local auto parts stores have a lot of different hoses and I would expect they would have PCV hose -- I just prefer to get Honda OEM brand to avoid the issues you mention.

Unfortunately the local dealership I went to this morning said they don't sell by the foot. There are a few other dealerships in the area that I can call to see if they sell it.

Gates 27004 hose has a vac rating of 24 in/hg and should hold up well.
