Default 1999 Accord EX I4 rear hub nut size

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me what the size is of the rear hub nut on my 1999 Accord EX I4? Changing a rear wheel bearing/hub this evening and want to make sure I have the right size socket. RTV55

Which nut? There are plenty back there... 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm are all you should really have to worry about.

No the big one on the bearing spindle. Unfortunately I don't remember the size...
I think it's smaller than the 36mm front axle nut, but that doesn't narrow it down much.

Ah...

They won't give me a size...

It is P/N 90305-S30-003, you could call a dealer and ask. My guess is 32mm.

When do you need it by? I'm looking at the rear brakes on a 99 sometime this week/weekend, I could give you a definite answer then...

And yes, that part number I posted is for #34, you could call Honda and ask them directly.

Finch, I'm gonna tear it apart in about 3 hours. I believe the 32mm number you gave me before is correct. The parts guy at my dealer didn't know exactly. I'll just borrow a selection from the mechanics at work here. You're probably getting close to a rear wheel bearing replacement yourself if you're looking at your car. RTV55

Ah, that's a shame I couldn't get it to you faster. I'd bet money that it's an even number and larger than 30mm

Unfortunately, it's a friends car with rear discs (I have drums), but yes, I'm very close to replacing all 4 bearings. I just need to locate a press to use and then I'll rip all four corners apart one weekend. I have a shimmy at highway speed (not sure if it's a bent wheel/unbalanced tire) and the passenger rear has started humming.

Sorry to thread jack, good luck with it!

It's probably the hummer. That's what one of mine are doing (humming) so it's getting both rears.
