2009 accord tourer.. possibly transmission ihope not?

Default 2009 accord tourer.. possibly transmission ihope not?
The problem im having is a low buzzing/whirring noise when im driving at low speeds . Also as soon as i lift my foot of the gas, (when driving at low spds) the buzzing noise appears for a second.
