on the 7gen u can do the swap with the car on the ground no problems. Careful with the end links, I stripped mine. The moog replacements are nice though.

Nothing wrong with GReddy at all! I'd go with an SP2 over Magnaflow any day of the week!

As for the end link concern. I have a 250% stiffer rear sway with endlinks that are not comfortable at all when the car is off the ground, but they work fine. I do have replacements that are a huge strength upgrade, but they are mainly for corner balancing the sways after balancing the coilovers.
