Default Do I need to change the suspension or keep stock?

hey all, I'm looking to throw on some pirelli tires on my current 2016 Honda Accord LX. Everything is stock but I wanted 225/45/ R18. I know I would need new wheels as well but I was told I might have to adjust the suspension as well for full performance. Can anyone attest to this? Thanks so much

If you go up to 18" wheels you should use 235/45 R18 tires; using the 225s you've mentioned above will cause your speedometer and odometer to register faster speed/more miles traveled than actual. As for suspension changes, no, you can use your stock suspension with those wheels and tires.
