My accord is 4 inches off of the ground with the K Sport coilovers I have on it. I just put 19" wheels and a camber kit on it and needed to get it aligned. I took it to 5 different alignment shops who couldn't do it becauseit wouldn't go on their lifts. After removing my front bumperI finally found a place to do it. We had to put boards under it to get it on the lift. It's a pain but the look is worth it all day long.

I'm not sure. Atleast 2.5 inches. I have adjustable coilovers so i just dropped it until it was where I wanted it.
