Is h&r good springs to drop my 08 accord ??

yes they are. I have them on my 97. the 1.75 drop rides pretty much like factory but a lot better. They are one of the few that the forum will say is good. Read suspension faq's. It'll tell you good brands to get

H & R Springs are one of the oldest of the Tuner Springs around..Good Quality and a good name following ..
