there is no instructions for installation. anyone have experience with this brand?.. how the hell do i adjust it?.. do i adjust the spring part?...or do i just adjust from the bottom?....i need help bad, its gonna be lowered tomorrow?...i just need someone that has experience with it to tell me how to do it.....im not sure, but i swear i had read that u dont need to adjust the spring....im sot sure... anyone please help

do i adjust from the lower brackets?....if so, how do i make sure that they are tight enough, and wont spin loose while im driving?
