Depends on what look or performance your going for. I'm personally sitting quite low. I have just about 1 finger gap between my tire and fender.

Thumbs up Hello Member

I say you buy a coil-over syspension kit where you can adjust them from 0" to 4.0" and see where you like the feel and the look all by yourself..
Something like these below..click It!

Depends. You can piece a kit together by buying struts separate and then buying Ground Control coilover sleeves and springs. Or you can buy full kits where the coilovers are built onto the strut.

If you piece them together you will spend a minim of $100 a strut then another $350 or so for the coilovers. So you up in the $800 range easy. Also when buying struts you have to make sure you buy struts that can handle the abuse of being lowered on. You CAN'T use OEM or OEM equivalent struts. They will blow out within weeks.

You can find kits like Tein, Drop Zone (d2's), Function Form, ect. ect. ect.

You can find Function Form type 1's for about $600-ish. They are a really good set of street coilovers. I'm even looking at buying a set for my cb7.
