I would go with H&R Sport springs. Should keep a good smooth ride and they only lower the car about 1.5"

I had the H&R cup kit on my civic and the handling was amazing but the ride was stiff..... H&R also make sport springs that only lower the car about 1/2-3/4 of an inch....

The tokico illumina suspension kit works great for a daily driver if you aren't trying to race everything else on the road.
