Default Rear Sway Bar - 2007 Accord

I've done some searching but possibly not enough. So if there is a thread that covers this, please redirect me.
I have an 07 Accord and was wondering if it comes stock with a rear anti roll bar. If so, are they simple to change out? I've read the advantages of having a larger adjustable (22mm) put on, but I am very new to this and am looking for some answers.
Thanks

Pretty sure your car has a rear anti-roll bar. Getting a stiffer one would most likely shift the handling towards oversteer. You might want to think about the whole system & your goals so you avoid ending up with a haphazard collections of suspension parts that might not work well together.

Swapping out an anti-roll bar is relatively easy. As JB mentioned, just adding a stiffer rear bar will shift the handling towards oversteer. For the average driver, an understeer condition is easier and safer to correct then an oversteer situation. Suspension geometry is complex and having worked in a high performance/racing BMW shop, I can tell you changing one suspension component can effect the entire car's handling characteristics. If you are trying to decrease understeer then adding a stiffer rear bar may achieve the effect you're looking for. Generally speaking, you start with tires (wider, different profiles, etc) including playing with air pressures, shocks, springs, bushings and then anti roll bars in that order when modifying suspensions to improve "handling".
