Rotor and Pad Opinions...
No, you can DIY, I'm just forewarning you that separating the rotors from the front knuckles will be a challenge. There are 4 10mm bolts on the backside of the knuckle that you can only turn a tiny bit at a time and that's after you get them loose. I think there's also something to do with wheel bearing... I haven't actually done the job myself but I had to do some suspension work up there. My friend had his rotors changed at a shop and they sheared a bolt. Just be careful and use lots of penetrating oil.
Alright thanks...So if my step dad doesnt want to do it anymore then how much will a shop charge me to put all of them in? and i replaced my brake pads about 4 months ago but they were cheap and my brak discs suck ( warped ) So its a good arguement for me to get new pads if i get new rotors, right ?
