First off, does anyone had the turbocivic coilover tutorial?

And to lower the car do i screw the big screw in cylinder in or out to lower the car?

I think you rotate the silver object, not the thing that you're holding. But there should be words inscribed on the silver thing telling you which way to rotate to either raise or lower your car.

I have seen two differnet styles for what you have. Sometimes those silver rings are seperate and one is twisted up (the bottom ring) and one is twiste down (the top ring) so that they lock into each other at the desired level. Either that or they are one solid pice and you just turn it up or down to adjust the height, be sure to adjust all of them evenly (same height)
