i want to know which coilover will be the best for my 99 accord ex 4cyl

and whats the different between getting those or just lower springs

 

Coil-Overs can be adjusted for show or street..lowering springs are set at one height only...

The best would change depending on what your looking for. If you want it as low as possible, then probably Tein, best performance would be Zeal, JIC Magic, or possibly Kw. But you are looking at $1500-$2500 for those.
