Default coilover question

Alright so i have been looking around at coilovers ans waslooking ata kit like this >>> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Groun...spagenameZWDVW

is that a COMPLETE coilover kit, like is it springs, shocks, coilovers and everything? also is this a good set up and a good deal?

There is also set ups like this >>> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TEIN-...spagenameZWDVW

is that also the whole set up and is it better than the first?

Yes each is a complete coilover kit. You just have to use your factorystrut/shockperches off your factory struts/shocks... Go with Tien
