Default slamming my accord

How do i slam my accord wagon without compromising ride quality? I know it will be a different ride but I dont want to feel or hear every bump with a loud "BANG" sound. Is there a specific spring or coil over i should get?

do you want to spend $600+ on a set up??...if not stay stock.
That how much it’s going to cost you 2 do it the right way and have no prob.s
I recommend Tein or F&F FULL coilover set ups...depending on what year accord you can pick up F&F type 1's for 600bucks...the Teins are gonna be in the $800 range... it pays to play.

no just placing coilovers on your stock struts will blow them out and fast. The ride will be bouncy and horrible. It dose cost a good bit to do things right
