Default Strut Brace

I was thinking about putting a strut brace on my 1998 Honda LX Accord 2.3L VTEC, are they worth it? do they improve handleing,
any recomendations or pointers about them ? ive just been lookin on ebay

ive got front and back strut towers on my wagon, completely boxed up the frame, much flatter cornering, and i got mine off ebay.

You have the same car i do, i have a neuspeed front upper strut tower, as for a rear upper strut you cant really have one unless you cut into the housing a lot, but sedans have a natural rear upper strut tower by design, only down side i can say about the neuspeed is it rubs against the lining of the hood of the car, dont know if thats done it with anyone else tho
