i know people say that sway bars are better but can you feel a big difference if you put a strut bar in? and what would be a good brand or place to get a front and rear sway bar for a 06 i4 accord coupe??

 

a sway bar would help more than a stryt bar since it helps reduce body roll.

 

strut bar is mainly for looks. sway bars actually dramatically reduce body roll, like stevent stated.

 

The anti sway bar gives you the most bang for the buck. That combined with the strut tower brace makes for a very nice handling ride without lowering. I disagree that the strut brace is mainly for looks. By itself you can feel a difference but both is the way to go. It also depends on the strut brace itself......there is some real junk on e-bay. I chose the brace from a V-6 six speed coupe since it has four attachment points (not just two)and is very stout in construction.

 

I put a swaybar from a tl in recently. I noticed a world of a difference in handling after I did this. I plan on getting a tl strut bar pretty soon too. Fairly inexpensive mod if you get a tl swaybar and don't mess up an end link when removing the old one. As to where to order one, if you go tl, order here:

Dang stevent, 24mm! On my swaybar the bar is almost rubbing an exhaust hanger. How is the fitment of the 24mm? Did you end up DIY it?

 

^ haha it rubs over a huge speed bump but it doesnt bother me since there's not that much around here.
But adly, no I didnt diy since I didnt have time with school and work. I would have done it myself given a few more weeks, but I was anxious to get it in for better handling since winter is right around the corner and I didnt want to wait lol. I'll take a pic if you like

 

Word. Picture would be nice of your swaybar. I hear you on lack of time. I was hoping to do swaybar and tranny cooler all in one day. Well, it didn't happen, swaybar took longer than anticipated, and i'm thinking I might just pay somewhere for the cooler due to time.

Dang! That thing is thick. Is the v6 one 17mm and the one for i4 is 14mm? Your stock one looks a bit thicker than mine. Then again it's just a picture i'm judging that from lol.
