Struts....which ones?

I got a set Koni yellow struts for my Honda Accord LX 1999. My first question is:
Is it necessary to make any change to mount this struts? and the second is:
Do I need to change my OEM Springs in order to make them work properly?

This is sure an old post from back in 2009...

No changes to mount the struts...I would put on new springs
because the car is a 99'
