Vibration
I have a 2004 Accord EX with an automatic and 125K miles. My friend hit a parking curb in a parking lot at about 5 mph. On the passenger side. Now the car vibrates at 60 mph and continues to vibrate up to 70 mph then the car smooths out. I've since replaced all four tires and had them balanced twice. Also the right CV axle was replaced and it seems to be worse. I looked at both motor mounts and they look OK and there is no excessive movement of the engine. I also experience vibration under hard quick acceleration. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
You may have bent the rim slightly. This might produce an out-of-roundness that would cause vibration.
CV axles can produce vibraion under acceleration. I had that on my 94 EX and req'd high quality Raxles to fix.
good luck

When it goes away with letting off the accelerator, the first thing I think of is axles. But you changed one of them. What about the other? What about poor quality new one?
Bent rim probably would vibrate regardless of accelerator. But a damaged belt in the tire might vibrate only when accelerating.
