What else to replace with shocks?
Hi All,
I orderedOEM Honda Shocks, but I also see in the suspension partsdrawings a bunch of rubber parts (seats/bushings etc.) that are part of the shock/strut assembly which ones you recommend to replace along with the shocks?

RE: What else to replace with shocks?
Thank you sir_nasty,
So, I'll have the 4 upper bushings replaced along with the shocks. Since I don't plan to touch the shocks hopefully for another 140,K+ then figured might as well replace things that my go bad now.

RE: What else to replace with shocks?
Update:
HAd all 4 shocks along with bushings and other rubber parts replaced.
I have been told no re-alignment is needed ( I had the wheels aligned about 4 weeks ago, with eh old shocks on). Is it true?

I know this is a long shot since this post is 11 years old, but I'm wondering if you can provide the source of where you got the pictures. I'm looking for the name of a few parts, but I can't find what they are. I see them numbered in the picture, though.

Those pictures are from Honda electronic parts catalog. Generally from "on-line" dealer parts departments.
For example Majestic Auto
www(dot)hondaautomotiveparts(dot)com
click Parts
put in your car's information, etc.
HondaPartsNow is another one, I'm sure there's more places out there.
