I have a stock accord wagon with the original steel 15 inch wheels which are currently 195/60/15. A real pokey car. But its ok.

Shortly there will be a 16 inch wheel purchase. The 16s are . 5 wider and the lower profile of a 55 is elected to keep the suspension and fuel economy intact ( 25 mpg isn't that great). As this is the 4cylinder the goal is not to
to make a big appearance change, so am ruling out the 17s (17 in wheels don't come in the 185 or 195 widths . No, am not going with the 205 size as off the line pick up , fuel economy and passing is significantly decreased.

So it comes down to the narrower 185s or slightly wider 195s.

What is your experience with the 16s and these sizes?
