Looking to upgrade wheels on my '83 Accord Hatchback but worried about getting something too big. Getting a lot of noise from one of them and i think either the wheel is bent or need to change the bearings. Anyway...

Current wheels (original 13"x5"/+45 offset steel wheels) look to be a perfect fit. Gap between the edge of the tire and the cover of the coil spring is the size of my pinky. Afraid of upgrading to anything bigger... So wanted to double check and get some suggestions.

Want to upgrade to this wheel and maybe some smaller tires:
Rim Width 5.5
Bolt Pattern 4x100
Rim Diameter 14
Offset +45
