i have a 89 honda accord and i am having problems removing the rear drums...any hints..
how much wear can you have on your discs and drums befor you need to replace ?

 

some time they get rusty ,, spray some wd40 on the inner part, get a hammer and tap on the outside edge of the drum while spinning it,, if it still does not come loose........get 2 ,8 mm bolts , long enough to reach the hub when you screw them in,, screw them in the drums , turn them evenly and the drum should beging to come out,, At times i have seen that the drums have such a big lip that when coming out it will take the shoes with it
