Default correct offset for my car?

i found out on this forum that the offset for my car is
Honda Accord DX, LX 90-2002, 4x114.3, Offset:40-42

the rims that i am looking at have
Bolt Pattern:
4 x 3.93 or 4 x 100

Offset:
3

Rim Width:
7J

alright, will that fit on my car with no problems?
and what does 7J mean?

Are you sure the offset is only 3? If that is the case not sure that will work...plus it is the wrong bolt pattern in any case

As far as the 7J part...the 7 is the width in inches 7 in this case....J is for the flange which in this case is .68 in high...a K has a flange .77 in high (flange is the "lip" at the edge of the rim that the tire beads to)

Interesting thread. What is the wheel width and offset of a 2003 Accord EX, original alloy wheels with 205/60/16 tires. Is is listed somewhere on the wheel?

Thanks!
