Default Is this correct A/C operation?

When A/C is on, the A/C and Radiator fans start cycling on and off every 10 seconds or so (simultaneously), whether the temp is cold or hot, just started or been on for a while.
Is this correct operation? It is of course still under warranty i was gonna take it to Honda for my 20,000 mile service soon, but, i would like to know if this is expected operation or not. Thanks

fan cycling has to do a lot with ambient temperature, the hotter it is 90-100 degrees, the more and sooner the fans will cycle .. if it is cold temp and it still cycles every 10 seconds ,,
it is a bit too soon,,

yea when your fans and compressor turn off it is the defrost cycle for your evaporator. they should do this.. if it really is every 10 seconds then i think that may be a little too soon. i have seen some cases where low freon level will make the system cycle very often like that.
