Default Downsizing rims/tires for 2017 touring

New to the forum and to honda. Recently got a 2017 accord touring. I was thinking about downsizing the wheels for winter what size do you guys recommend. In philly and I'm concerned about the potholes and snow. I want to pick up some used rims an all season tires to switch out. Thanks

Go to & go through the motions of picking wheels - especially look at winter packages for your car.

Look to see if they list anything called a "-1" option; that's 1 inch smaller wheels together with tires having taller sidewalls. If they don't list any "-1" fitments, then my first guess is you can't fit them over your brakes.
