I believe the wheel spacers will increase the handling and will be more safe.

There was three different lengths. 15mm Wheel Spacers, 25mm Wheel Spacers, 5mm Wheel Spacers.

I want your all to recommand me the best length of the wheel spacers for my 03 Accord V6

Spacers are usually used b/c of clearance issues with aftermarket wheels. Not to improve handling. If you want to improve handling get some springs/shocks or coilovers.
