Default Honda Accord EX 08 - Need rims

All, i am new to this forum in fact this is my first post. I am a 08 Honda accord EX owner and i am looking to get new rims for it. i am on a budget so i am trying to use the same tires i have - could you please help:

1 - Let me know what kind of rims should i look for? size, with, bullets ...
2 - Where can i find a good deal ...

i went to sears but they were looking at me like i had 4 heads because i did not know what kind of tires i currently have.

No, i am looking to buy a set of rims that fits the honda accord

Yes, but once you buy new rims you will be getting rid of the wheel covers that you have on your Honda won't you?

Besides that, we're with the wheel guy. If you want to keep your existing tires, you gotta know what size they are. Read the embossed information on the sidewalls of the tires. Look for the size it'll be something like this:
205/60 R 16
In addition it'll probably have a load & speed range like 94-V.
