alright, so my rear left tire has been losing about 2psi about every day. So I took it to the dealer and they said they found a nail under a rock (which for some reason I dont beleive cause they already took a look before and they found nothing!) so yea, after they found it, they put a tire patch on it. then my Tires got rotated and balanced. That tire got moved to the front right. Then, a couple days later, it started losing air AGAIN! I took it back and ONCE AGAIN, they found ANOTHER nail. they put another tire patch. then they rotated it again and now its on the front left. ONCE AGAIN, it still losing air. why the hell does this keep happening? I need help. I think it might be a porosity rim but I'm not sure. PLEASE HELP ME! thanks.

Are you telling us that you still have Bias Ply tires on your ride that there putting patchs on your tires or are they plugging them?

Take it to a place that specializes in tires and let them repair it.

 

Yea, im pretty sure that im going to have to buy a new tire. They have already patched it up twice and I should be going back one more time this week to see what kind of B.S. they give me now. If it STILL loses air, I guess im going to have to buy new tires. any suggestions as to what tires whould be good. I am planning on getting some new black or gunmetal rims at the same time.

 

Betcha its a bead leak, break down the tire and reseal the bead...then youll be ok unless the dealer decided to destroy the tire with millions of plugs...lol

u got rims?

If so you may have to have the tire remounted after cleaning the mating surface on the rims.
