What about the hub centering lug?
Honda wheels are hub-centric, meaning the center-hole has to fit properly on the round part of the hub that sticks out. If the wheel hole is over-sized, that puts more bending stress on the lugs, especially if you aren't real careful about centering when you bolt the wheels on.
Look for a set of hub-centric rings, which fasten inside of the wheels, to help this. I don't know where you would buy them, but they come with certain wheels that have larger center-holes.

As jim said just look more on the nissan wheel specs some more just to make sure and for you to be more confedent about driving your car with the baby on board I had rsx rims on my car it a 01 accord ex 4dr V6 AT, and I picked up the rsx wheels for 150.00 and I bought some toyo's prox888 and had that setup for like 6months until I upgraded my brake system and wheels but just look a bit more in to it for the safety.
