Default Offset question

I have a 2005 Accord LX v4 with stock wheels +hubcaps. I have a friend who has an old set of 2000 TL-p rims lying around. Can I use them on my car? The specs for his rims are 16" 6.5 width with +55 offset and 5x144 lug pattern.
Thanks

huh i dont know what a TL-p rim is, so i cant really give you much advice on that. maybe someone else knows what that is? now if your talking about a 2000 acura 3.2 tl and the 16 inch rims off that car.......the 3.2 should have the same 5 bolt lug pattern as the accord they use the same hubs.

Thanks,
Yep the TL-p is an Acura TL-p. I wasn't too sure about the offset for the Accord and the Acura.

The Honda 5-lug pattern is 5x114.3 lug pattern. so....No if its 144.
