Default Rim Restoration

Soo..

I have my rims and trying to mount new tires on them, I mess one up- the paints all scratched off. So I gotta repaint them. Any recommendations for the best paint? They're black rims. They have a shine to them so I'm looking for something with a gloss finish that will stick to the rim. I don't wanna have to sand them down all the way but I may have to.

I've used Rust-Oleum "wheel paint" with good results. But I painted all 4 rims so I wasn't concerned with exactly matching the original silver paint.
