im gonan be going Tein i found the tein basics for 715 shipped which is a full coil over so i wont have to buy struts

yea but can you replace just the struts or do you have to replace the hole thing themn they start to wear?

I personally have a full coilover shock combo (A'pex WS), most will tell you that YES you SHOULD rplac the shocks hwen lowering. People have gone without doing so and their shocks held up while others blew. for and small drop , I probabl wouldn't myself...cause I can be cheap sometime, but for 1.5"+ I'd rather replace them. My roommates TL is fine on H&R's but it's like th smallest drop available besides OEM.

I've never heard of them blowing honestly. They are alot more durable. They are individual parts list for good manufacturer's such as A'pex, Tein... with them you can replace spring rates, shocks, upper mounts, etc. Make sure you got to authorized dealers if your afraid of this though. I'm not so I got mine cheap and don't worry about it.

thank you and sometimes things jut go bad and when that happens i dont want to replace the hole thing if i dont have to
