It probably had an issue already and was reset when you came the first time. They still should of checked what code it was throwing so they know what sensor is sending the error. It still she be under warranty and I would call Honda and they will get it straightened out. I've had to do that a couple of times because dealerships are about making money on a car not spending to fix it on there dime.
Was the car in a accident before? A good indicator of an accident is one tire being bad on a newer mode car. It's simple to do a physical check if it is the sensor on the replacement tire.
