Default tire sizes

great site, im a new member. im looking to replace tires on my 2006 accord se , 4cyl, 4 dr want a little more meat on the road, than offered by the 205 60 16 s. local dealers see almost frightened to offer advice . suggestions, anyone?

Look on Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels & put in your car information. But pick the V-6 version & see what tire size is stock for that. Or maybe that information is in the owners manual? The sheet metal inside the fenders would be the same, so clearance is the same.

If you go one little notch bigger, probably nobody will "promise" its OK. You're on your own risk for that. However... I've done it on a couple cars but never owned a 2006 Accord.
